1. About the Service

Sleepytales is a mobile application that generates personalized bedtime stories for children using artificial intelligence. The app also provides text-to-speech narration of generated stories.

2. Eligibility

The app is intended for use by parents, guardians, and caregivers aged 18 or older. Children should use the app under adult supervision. By using Sleepytales, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Free tier: Includes up to 2 stories per day with limited features.
Sleepytales PRO: A subscription that unlocks unlimited stories, premium voices, exclusive themes, and full narration.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

4. AI-Generated Content

Stories are generated by artificial intelligence and may vary in quality and content.
We strive to ensure all generated content is age-appropriate, warm, and suitable for bedtime. However, AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results.
We recommend that parents review stories before sharing them with children.
You may not use the app to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or inappropriate.

5. Intellectual Property

The Sleepytales app, its design, branding, and code are owned by Sleepytales.
Stories generated by the app are created for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may share generated stories with family and friends but may not sell, publish, or distribute them commercially.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions or daily story limits
Use automated tools or scripts to interact with the app

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

The app will be available at all times or free from errors
AI-generated stories will always meet your expectations
The service will be uninterrupted or secure

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleepytales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
